Morning Workout Time!!! I'm late so I made it a quick one.

Got up, got everything ready then busted this beautiful work of art out. lol enjoy!!!



Goal:
Entire routine as many times as possible in 20 minutes.
REST :    2 minute breaks rest between routines.

20 Push ups
20 crunches
15 push ups
50 squats, no weights 
20 crunches
10 push ups
30 squats 


Enjoy the sweat, Love the burn!!!!
